The UI/UX Designer works closely with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment to elicit and clarify requirements and produce effective interface designs as well as developing dashboard and report interfaces that efficiently visualize data, enabling users to make critical business decisions. Additional duties include promoting best practices and standards, including evolving the UX Design Style Guide and front‑end application developer duties for web‑based applications. Responsibilities Maintain digital content, features, functionality, and experiences on the company website and other digital and mobile platforms. Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that produce intuitive user experiences. Improve overall digital ecosystem by applying best‑in‑class UX design practices (45%). Work in cross‑functional or business unit teams for alignment (40%). Create programs that ensure graphic elements are up to date and comply with ideal UX practices (10%). Create design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes (5%). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Web design, visual design, human‑centered design (HCD), or similar fields of equivalent education and experience. English/Spanish 5+ years hands‑on UI/UX design experience. Experience with responsive web and mobile design. Previous experience with front‑end development including coding and debugging HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Solid UI implementation skills using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ReactJS (or other similar frameworks). Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Proficiency on rapid prototyping software (Balsamiq, Sketch or Axure). Knowledge of website content management systems (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc).
