Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality. Uphold professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a drug-free work environment. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
