Sr. Technical Project Solutions Lead - C# | Remote in Mexico As a Sr. Technical Project Solutions Lead , you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle from inception to deployment. You will serve as the primary strategic bridge between our clients' business needs and our technical execution. Beyond designing robust C# architectures, you will lead the end-to-end management of engagements, ensuring timelines, stakeholder expectations, and high-quality delivery standards are met. You are not just building software; you are leading a transformation journey for our global partners. Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, technical design, development, UAT, and final deployment. Strategic Client Management: Act as the principal point of contact for client stakeholders. You will lead design sessions, manage expectations, present critical milestones, and proactively resolve project bottlenecks. Architecture & Development: Design, build, and deploy custom software solutions leveraging C# , Smartsheet APIs, and third-party integrations, ensuring technical scalability and alignment with client business goals. Technical Consulting: Translate complex business challenges into executable technical roadmaps, defining requirements and validating solution architecture against industry best practices. Project Governance & Mentorship: Provide quality oversight for all engagements through formal peer reviews, ongoing mentorship, and coaching of other technical team members. Resource & Timeline Management: Define project schedules, critical milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure \"on-time and in-scope\" delivery. Presales Support: Partner with the Sales team to determine solution feasibility, technical effort estimation, and costing for new client engagements. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Leadership Experience: 5+ years of customer-facing experience with a proven track record of driving technical projects from concept through completion (E2E) with minimal guidance. Technical Expertise: Expertise in C# is a must. Experience working with SaaS/IPaaS applications in an enterprise environment. Language Skills: Fluency in advanced conversational and professional English is required for constant interaction with global clients. Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of systems architecture and the ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Bonus Skills Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master).
