Core Responsibilities Elevate quality to a core organizational value, ensuring it is consistently reinforced across operations, supply chains, and external partners. Implement early-warning systems, audit platforms, and risk dashboards to actively identify and mitigate quality risks across the network. Drive quality performance through the deployment of integrated digital tools, data-driven decision frameworks, and scalable systems that enable strategic risk management and continuous improvement. Partner with Corporate Quality teams to address and resolve critical and ‘big’ incidents, ensuring effective communication and action alignment. Lead coordination efforts across various departments and partners to handle and respond to critical and ‘big’ incidents. Lead and run stop lists across Distribution Centers in the Americas to maintain product safety and product quality. Strengthen AQL inspection effectiveness across Distribution Centers by delivering standardized resources, visual aids, and clear operational guidance. Ensure all investigation findings and corrective actions are thoroughly documented and shared with Corporate Quality for continuous improvement. Conduct detailed traceability investigations related to customer complaints, critical and ‘big’ incidents, or events with potential customer impact. Collaborate with relevant partners to organize rework processes, securing the appropriate resources and personnel to ensure efficient execution. Design and deliver training programs, handle learning tools, and align global development initiatives with business goals. Lead LOM global trainers, handle budgets and team members, ensure compliance, and continuously evaluate and improve local and global training effectiveness. Qualifications Experience as Sr. Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Quality. Site Quality programs and governance. Quality risk management and certification. Quality assurance (Core tools, etc.). Product safety (where applicable). Experience with Quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and operate at senior management level. Ability to balance risk, compliance, and business performance. Strong data analysis and performance management skills.
