Job Description What You’ll Do Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements Qualifications Logistics experience in air, ocean, and/or road freight is valuable but not mandatory — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow. Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions and locations to achieve shared goals. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Fluent English & Spanish (role based in Monterrey).
