The Sales representative I focuses on driving growth, strengthening client relationships and acquiring new clients. With his manager’s support, it ensures coordination between different departments to provide excellent experience that exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Builds strong relationships with customers and prospects new business opportunities at all levels of the organization. Develop and manage account strategies to protect and grow our business. Effectively manages all internal and external communication related to existing business and new business onboarding. Identify, understand, and communicate customer, industry, and end-user needs to the organization. Successfully manage selling situations using Strategic and Conceptual Selling principles to drive profitable growth. Develop new profitable business. Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline. Participate in pricing and contract analysis, evaluations, and negotiations. Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing. Complete administrative functions in a thorough, accurate and timely manner. Develop and maintain account plans on how the accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve profits.
