Primary Responsibilities Collaborate cross‑functionally to establish and execute commodity strategies that align with business goals. Contribute to lean saving initiatives by actively participating in cross‑functional teams and supply chain projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation. Maintain and organize commercial documents and records as required for compliance and operational efficiency. Responsible for administrating the Laboratory warehouse, ensuring consumables are ready to fulfill testing requirements. Participate in and perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) per plan. Ensure housekeeping and health & safety standards are maintained in own area. Comply with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949 - ISO 14001 and provide quality related documents to IATF 16949 - ISO 14001. Utilize the concepts of continuous improvement, including Lean. Occasionally perform duties other than those specified in this description. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (3 or 4 years) in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; or 2+ years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to seek guidance when necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience working in diverse or cross‑functional teams is highly desirable. Knowledge of manufacturing processes or technical expertise is a plus. Proven leadership, interpersonal, and personal development skills. Experience in basic operation disciplines: Quality, tooling, and shop floor. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Work Environment / Conditions Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the manufacturing floor.
