Responsibilities Ensure extraordinary team leadership. Ensure the correct administration of workshop resources. Ensure the management of your work team. Ensure proper workshop planning. Ensure constant improvement proposals in the workshop. Tasks Talent management and leadership Ensure talent and team development. Assign tasks by skills. Look after staff well-being. Provide feedback and maintain inter-area communication. Coordinate SRS and Daily Steering meetings. Promote courses like MyCompass. Workshop operation Supervise order, cleanliness and standards (DCS, DOS). Maintain whiteboard and indicators. Guarantee tools and equipment. Perform inventories. Coordinate WO with advisors, technicians, reception and warehouse. Monitor productivity and efficiency by WO. Manage roadside assistance and WO returns. Administrative management Prepare failure reports for billing (warranty, contract, customer). Use and supervise platforms like TIA Portal. Validate external service invoices. Comply with safety, health and environmental standards. Define WO payers. Ensure sufficient personnel. Execute Regional Management projects. Continuous improvement Establish clear goals (best practices, hygiene, safety). Propose, implement and follow up on improvements. Education High school, TSU or Technical degree completed. Job Profile 6 years in a similar position. Forklift operation (valid license desirable). Basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred). Experience in cycle counts. Office software management (basic to intermediate). Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem solving). Experience in handling chemicals (preferred).
