About the Role This role provides administrative support to the team to ensure the main metrics required, such as optimization of inventories, accurate forecasting to suppliers, measurement of KPIs, and effective communication with internal clients. Key Responsibilities Ensure the correct planning releases of purchased parts are sent by the team. Ensure a safe launch for all new products from the Purchasing side. Ensure packaging inventory for all finished‑goods demands. Coordinate Engineering changes from the Purchasing side, ensuring close communication with the Engineering team. Validate and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages, excess or obsolescence. Validate and constantly update all purchased parts parameters. Balance the team workloads. Track the deliverables of the team and keep scorecards updated. Investigate discrepancies on receipt quantities, missing certifications, packing lists, etc. Monitor supplier performance and implement actions if needed. Negotiate with internal customers any shipment‑related problems. Monitor and ensure compliance with premium freight goals. Supervise planners, buyers and materials analysts in function of raw material delivery. Ensure SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. Initiate action to prevent nonconformances related to products, process quality systems and environmental management. Provide solutions through established communication channels. Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Compliance tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager. Requirements Computer proficiency with MS Office applications. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong skills in capacity planning and constraint‑based planning. BA, BS or Engineering equivalent with a supply‑chain planning or materials emphasis. Advanced English level. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. +3 years as planner, buyer or in a materials department. Customer‑specific requirements (applicable). Bonus Points Excellent oral and written communication.
