As part of our Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) organization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the function. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of CDSE Operations , acting as a key partner to ensure smooth execution of projects, improved processes, and effective stakeholder collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities You will play a critical role in enabling CDSE operations through: Supporting the execution of the Evidence & Insights Generation Plan (EIGP) , including coordination of inputs, editorial support, and delivery of presentations Coordinating internal and external communications , including CDSE newsletters and training initiatives Supporting the development and maintenance of KPIs and dashboards to support business decision-making Driving process improvements and project management best practices across the team Supporting research governance processes , contributing to standardization, documentation, and audit readiness Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives Preparing and coordinating department meetings , ensuring follow-ups on agreed action items Supporting the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and operational tools Qualifications Must-have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail Experience working with data, KPIs, or reporting tools Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Nice-to-have Experience in Medical Affairs, Data Science, Market Access, or Real-World Evidence (RWE) Exposure to research governance or research administration processes Experience with project management tools or platforms Knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools PMP certification or equivalent methodology training Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field About the Department Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions across the pharma value chain, contributing to improving the lives of millions of patients worldwide.
