Experience one of the biggest IT Service companies in the world!! Here you can transform your career! Why join TCS? Here at TCS we believe that people make the difference, that's why we live in a culture of unlimited learning full of opportunities for improvement and mutual development. The goal is to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment. We are looking for AEM Role Summary The ideal candidate is an AEM power user who can independently author, QA, and publish web updates, while also using data and stakeholder feedback to improve user experience and campaign outcomes. They operate comfortably between marketing and technology—removing friction, improving speed-to-market, and ensuring digital experiences are accurate, performant, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities • Author, edit, QA, and publish pages and page updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using approved templates, components, and workflows. • Build and maintain reusable content patterns (e.g., components, content fragments, experience fragments) to improve consistency and speed-to-market. • Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign and content needs into clear web execution plans (requirements, assets, timelines, dependencies). • Ensure experience quality across web properties (layout, responsiveness, usability, SEO basics, and adherence to brand standards). • Perform quality checks prior to launch (links, tagging, metadata, analytics tagging requirements, forms, personalization rules where applicable) and coordinate fixes with developers when needed. • Support accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG-aligned checks) and help ensure content and components meet accessibility requirements. • Use digital performance signals (web analytics, A/B results where available, stakeholder feedback) to recommend and implement experience improvements. • Act as a connective layer across production, analytics, and strategy—helping teams move from insight to execution without requiring deep back-end engineering. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in web, digital experience, or marketing operations roles with hands-on CMS execution. • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites); ability to independently author, QA, and publish using templates, components, workflows, and permissions. • Experience managing and optimizing digital assets and page content (e.g., image sizing/cropping requirements, DAM usage, content reuse patterns). • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web best practices sufficient to troubleshoot common issues and collaborate effectively with developers. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience performing content and page-level accessibility checks. • Comfort with analytics and reporting—able to interpret basic web performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations. • Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple web requests and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Experience & Profile Fit • Strong bias toward web experience delivery and content operations (authoring, QA, publishing, governance) rather than deep platform engineering. • Comfortable “connecting the dots” across marketing, creative, analytics, and development teams while remaining hands-on in AEM. • Experience supporting enterprise or institutional websites with high standards for accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency. • Able to translate business goals into clear web updates (page structure, content reuse, metadata, basic measurement approach) and execute with attention to detail. • Continuous-improvement mindset: uses performance data and user feedback to recommend and implement iterative enhancements. Working Context & Expectations • Role is U.S. time zone aligned. • Works closely with marketing stakeholders, content/design partners, analytics, and technically strong digital team members. • Focused on web experience delivery, publishing standards, quality assurance, and insight-driven iteration—not deep platform engineering. • Expected to bring outside-in perspective on best practices in AEM authoring, governance, accessibility, and experience optimization.
