Job Type: Contractor with USD payment - Full-time - Remote What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that consolidate data from Mindbody , CRM systems, and other operational sources into Snowflake Ensure data is clean, consistent, and well-documented so stakeholders can trust what they see Manage and optimize Snowflake schemas, tables, and views to support reporting and analytics use cases Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Explo (or similar tools) that surface KPIs across the franchise network Translate business questions into clear, accurate, and visually intuitive reports for corporate and Own the Studio Business Review data layer, ensuring the right metrics are available at the right cadence Analysis & Insight Proactively investigate anomalies, trends, and performance gaps across studios Answer complex, ambiguous questions about membership economics, lead conversion, churn, and revenue by digging into the data and surfacing clear findings Partner with franchise business consultants and operations leaders to define the metrics that matter most What We're Looking For Required Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake Demonstrated experience building dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for non-technical audiences Comfortable working with recurring revenue or subscription business models (membership economics, churn, LTV, ARPM) A natural investigator: you don't stop at the first answer when something doesn't add up Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear data definitions and queries Strong english communication skills, including written documentation and the ability to walk stakeholders through your methodology Preferred Experience with Mindbody data structures and APIs Hands-on experience building in Explo or a comparable embedded analytics platform Familiarity with franchise or multi-unit business models Experience working with DBT, Fivetran , or similar data transformation and integration tools Background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries #J-18808-Ljbffr
