Key responsibilities include: Support and maintain clinical and laboratory information systems Collaborate with healthcare and laboratory teams to understand workflow needs Assist with system configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities Support laboratory workflows, specimen tracking, and result reporting processes Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with technical teams Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects Create and maintain documentation and training materials Provide end-user support and system guidance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency What We're Looking For We are open to candidates with healthcare or laboratory backgrounds who are interested in building a career in Healthcare IT.
