Job Description As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for complying with company policies and procedures regarding the financial management of program price and margin forecasts. Responsibilities Work with sales teams to improve margins, review volumes and commercial agreements as applicable. Manage pricing, reconciliation, and trade agreement activities. Collaborate with plants to develop the pricing and trade agreement file based on the budget and forecast. Ensure the accurate accounting of reserves and their application according to trade agreements. Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Sales teams to ensure the correct application of discrepancies and deductions. Collaborate with Operations to develop and support trade claims. Review Receivable balance accounts to determine the division's Free Cash Flow (FCF) position. Ensure compliance with and execution of all auditable financial procedures (SOX/FOA). Skills Critical Thinking Accounts Receivable Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. Experience Requirements Experience in maquiladora industry. 5+ years of experience in the field.
