Role : Processing Manager (PSP) Location : Mexico City, Mexico (Full relocation provided) Languages : English & Spanish About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Processing Manager (PSP) to join their team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for a payments professional with strong expertise in processing operations, PSP management, and payment flows within Forex, CFD, iGaming, or other regulated financial services environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant payment operations while working closely with internal teams and external payment partners. Key Responsibilities Manage daily payment processing activities including deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and transaction monitoring Oversee relationships with PSPs, banks, acquirers, and payment service providers Monitor transaction flow, approval ratios, and overall payment performance Investigate and resolve payment issues, failed transactions, and escalations Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements Analyze payment data to improve efficiency and reduce processing costs Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams Support onboarding of new payment providers and maintain strong partner relationships Requirements Previous experience in PSP, Payments, Processing, or Treasury roles Experience in Forex, CFD, Fintech, iGaming, or regulated financial services Strong understanding of payment flows, acquiring, card payments, and alternative payment methods Hands‑on experience with PSPs, banks, and payment gateways Good knowledge of AML/KYC and compliance requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
