Director, Partner and Alliances (Latin America) As Director, Partner and Alliances (Latin America), you will lead the development and execution of a multi-year partner strategy to drive revenue growth across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico. You will own and scale Sovos’ most critical alliance relationships, including Big 4 accounting and advisory firms and key distribution partners. This role offers significant visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to shape Sovos’ partner ecosystem in a dynamic, high-growth region. You will lead a team of alliance managers, collaborate closely with executive leadership and regional sales management, and serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for alliances throughout Latin America. Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth, partner development, and market expansion. More specifically, you will: Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of alliance managers across Latin America, setting direction and building organizational capability Own and deepen strategic alliances with Big 4 firms and key distribution partners, driving year-over-year revenue growth and exceeding regional sales targets Drive growth of alliance contributions to the business, measured in license bookings, revenue, and pipeline creation Collaborate with regional Account Executives and sales leadership to leverage partner relationships for new and established account growth Develop partner capacity models and provide sales teams with readiness and enablement to improve market share through partner channels Create business plans with key stakeholders for each partner, define commercial goals, and ensure consistent delivery Establish a business cadence including Quarterly Business Reviews and regular executive alignment sessions internally and with partners Maintain a hands-on, high-visibility presence in the field, directly driving teaming on opportunities with partners and Sovos direct sales teams Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive joint solutions and execute go-to-market programs that create incremental sales opportunities through the partner ecosystem Champion alignment between partner and Sovos field organizations, fostering a co-sell culture for win-win outcomes What We Need From You 12+ years of demonstrated success in alliance sales in software and services, including experience at Senior Director level or above managing regional alliances teams Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing alliance teams; prior people management experience required Deep experience penetrating, onboarding, and growing strategic alliance partners, including knowledge of business models, contracting, and go-to-market strategies Specific experience managing Big 4 alliances and/or distribution partner relationships (e.g., TD Synnex or similar) Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and drive accurate forecasting of partner business; strong revenue contribution track record through partners Strong collaboration and influencing skills across internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Latin American market, including regional business culture and partner ecosystem dynamics Growth mindset and comfort building partner DNA and ecosystem within an evolving, high-growth organization Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus. Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred Ability to travel significantly (more than 25%) both domestically and internationally across Latin America and to Sovos global locations and events Proficiency in technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements What Does Sovos Offer You?
