What you’ll do We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute scalable, data‑driven hiring strategies that attract top‑tier talent and support Clara’s ambitious growth. You’ll partner closely with people partners & hiring managers to understand team needs, manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer. This role will play a key part in enhancing our employer brand, optimizing our use of Greenhouse (ATS), and embedding diversity into our recruitment approach. Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Clara’s business goals and hiring plans. Oversee full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive sourcing to find top candidates. Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire). Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and apply innovations in recruiting practices and technology. Elevate Clara’s employer branding and support recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure hiring practices are inclusive and compliant with labor regulations. Organize and participate in recruitment events that build our pipeline and visibility. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Working proficiency in English. Strong command of recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management. Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make strategic decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Nice to haves Experience in employer branding initiatives.
