Schedule Monday to Friday | 09:00-18:00 Position Summary This role supports the Senior Strategy Analyst and broader strategy function across four core workstreams: tariff management and analysis, ticket system management, operational support, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working across systems and teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. Transportation experience is a plus but not required. This position reports to the Senior Strategy Analyst. Key Responsibilities Tariff Management and Analysis Monitor changes to tariffs and related rate structures on an ongoing basis Support reporting and documentation related to tariff activity Flag discrepancies or changes that require escalation to the Senior Strategy Analyst Maintain accurate records of tariff updates and revisions Ticket System Management Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of requests through the internal ticket system Ensure tickets are routed to the appropriate team members and resolved within expected timelines Maintain ticket log hygiene and provide status updates as needed Identify recurring issue patterns and surface them for process improvement Operational Support Provide day-to-day support across strategic initiatives as directed by the Senior Strategy Analyst Assist with data gathering, formatting, and preparation of internal reports and presentations Coordinate across teams to support operational continuity Special Projects Contribute to special projects as assigned in support of broader strategic and operational priorities Support cross-functional workstreams with research, documentation, or coordination tasks Adapt to shifting priorities and take on new responsibilities as the team's needs evolve Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across systems and tools; experience with ticketing platforms or TMS a plus Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 proficiency or higher required) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment Transportation or logistics experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
