Responsibilities Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time. New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective. Qualifications 5+ Years in Test Systems Area Analytical and problem solving skills. Statistical analysis knowledge. Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment. Excellent communication skills: internal and external. Knowledge of Bench‑Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high‑current power supplies, electronic loads, various measurement probes and oscilloscopes. Experience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space environments. High knowledge of IPC standards IPC‑A‑610. Preference for bilingual English‑Spanish (75%). High teamwork interaction. Knowledge of problem‑solving techniques—Shainin, Six Sigma, PDCA, 8D. Knowledge of SPC. Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure. Mechanical drawing interpretation. Good communication. Willingness to travel. Education & Language Bachelor degree: Depend on process‑specific Engineering of Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial or Systems, Metallurgical, Chemistry or Electromechanical.
