We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial activities in Mexico within the renewable energy sector. This role will serve as the front-office commercial representative , responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through new contracts and service agreements. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary commercial contact for clients in Mexico. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the renewable energy market. Lead the negotiation and execution of new contracts, including long-term service and spare parts agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with asset owners, operators, and strategic partners. Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to structure competitive commercial proposals. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to support business growth strategy. Ensure revenue targets and profitability objectives are achieved. Required profile: Proven experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, storage, or related). Strong understanding of service contracts, O&M agreements, and spare parts commercial models. Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen. Advanced English proficiency preferred for interaction with international stakeholders. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to build long-term client partnerships in Mexico’s renewable energy market.
