Amer Sports Mexico is looking for an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support to our employees and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, supporting IT service requests, and collaborating with global IT teams to continuously improve IT support services and processes. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Implement IT service requests submitted by Amer Sports employees. Provide training and guidance on software applications and hardware usage. Identify root causes of issues, document troubleshooting steps, and coordinate ticket resolution. Maintain technical documentation and ensure Active Directory account compliance. Work closely with the EMEA Service Desk and local IT teams in North America. Ensure incidents and service requests are logged and resolved in a timely manner while following IT security policies. Identify recurring issues and elevate problems according to the “do not look the other way” principle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in IT end‑user support. At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role. English proficiency (B2+ level) in both spoken and written form. Proficiency in Windows OS support (MacOS or Linux experience is a plus). Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and O365 tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues. Understanding of network configurations, protocols, and security. Experience with software installation and configuration using command shell or installation packages. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and troubleshooting tools. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills with clear written and verbal communication. Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, international team environment. General understanding of ITIL working practices. Scripting experience is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
