A growing property management company needs a Marketing Assistant who can turn ideas into content, keep listings updated, and make sure properties are presented professionally across every platform. Because in property management, empty listings cost money. And inconsistent marketing creates confusion. That’s where you come in. If you’re organized, creative, and know how to manage content without letting details slip through the cracks, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Do Create marketing content and graphics using Canva Repurpose existing materials into fresh, engaging content Draft flyers, newsletters, and property descriptions Update and maintain property listings on Apartments.com and other rental platforms Schedule and manage social media posts on Facebook and Instagram Keep marketing materials accurate, on-brand, and posted on time Maintain a content calendar for campaigns and updates Support basic video editing for social and marketing content Monitor engagement and respond to simple social media inquiries when needed What We’re Looking For Experience with Canva and basic marketing content creation Familiarity with social media scheduling and postingBasic video editing skills Experience updating websites or property listings Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Clear written and verbal communication skills Property management marketing experience is a plus Why This Role Matters Your work will help keep listings active, content consistent, and marketing operations running smoothly, so the team can focus on serving residents and growing the business.
