Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter Trainee who is eager to start a career in Talent Acquisition. This role provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, supporting talent attraction efforts across multiple areas, primarily for IT and engineering profiles. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process. Post job openings on job boards and professional networks. Conduct candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases. Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist with administrative tasks within the recruitment function. Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or academic experience in recruitment or HR.
