Profile The LA Showroom Coordinator contributes to the success of the business by ensuring accurate inventories, impeccably maintained visuals, and organized spaces within the LA Showroom. The LA Showroom Coordinator spearheads and supports department leaders in providing elevated and exclusive client experience to our top clients and fosters brand loyalty and recognition across the globe. Role Responsibilities Ensure that all aspects of brand integrity are protected, and the day-to-day operations of the LA Showroom are managed and maintained to the highest level of brand standards Ensure that operational and cultural guidelines are met and maintained for the LA Showroom Serve as the primary welcoming presence for clients and partners visiting the LA Showroom, providing a warm, polished, and personalized reception that reflects the brand's values and sets the tone for every appointment. Partner with catering/food and beverage manager and commercial teams (buying, merchandising, wholesale and retail teams) to ensure seamless well-rounded, impactful appointments Foster and develop relationships with hotels and restaurant spaces within the LA market. Explore potential business relationships and partnerships in expanding markets and hospitality space to maximize opportunities Manage all product movement through door ensuring accuracy for all domestic and international channels Ensure meticulous product and space on the showroom floor in partnership with corporate teams Build effective working relationships with colleagues in our stores and showrooms Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required 0-2 years of professional experience, internships included Strong problem solving, ability to think on your feet and creative approach to managing business Strong experience building and cultivating relationships with clients and internal partners Client service and results oriented, always continuing to learn, understand the overall business needs and stay ahead of sales trends Strong sense of personal integrity, initiative, and curiosity. Strong communication skills Experience with inventory management, including product tracking, accuracy across domestic and international channels, and maintaining organized systems in a fast-paced luxury environment. Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. On occasion, Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends, based on business needs As required by California salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $30-$33/hr. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
