Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of inbound/outbound operations with a focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers. Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery‑Service Providers, managing meetings, training sessions, job duties and communication with DSPs and drivers. Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained people and address needs to maintain focus on work. Lead change quickly and adopt innovation practices that keep us a global leader. Route shipments within the Amazon Logistics coverage area. Support and assign job duties to process assistants. Adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities. Track and monitor sorting operation and driver dispatch. Review operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sorting operations, managing a team group to meet all building goals. Support all safety programs and ensure a safe environment for all associates and delivery service providers. Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools. A Day in the Life You’ll work a shift pattern at one of our sites, ensuring productivity, safety culture, quality, and area performance standards. The day includes routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement implementation, and wide‑scale operational contingency tasks.
