HP Corporate FP&A Reporting – Associate Analyst This role provides financial reporting and analysis for a business function within HP. Provide financial reporting and analysis for a function or business. Implement Desktop automations. Perform data extraction and analysis to make recommendations. Preferred Finance, Accounting, Administration or Economics studies. HP Inc – Asset Recovery Analyst Responsible for financial analysis across procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash functions. Provides complex financial analysis for functions or businesses. Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders. Provides analytics to support business initiatives. Supports policy and process improvement, identifying opportunities. Represents finance on cross-functional teams and mentors analysts. Education & Experience First level university degree in business or economics (recommended). 12+ years of experience as a financial analyst (recommended). Experience in multiple finance functions. IBM – Financial Analyst Accountable for analysis of forecasts, budgets, actuals and business dynamics. Advanced Excel: dynamic tables, pivot tables, V‑lookups. Basic financial analysis: statement analysis, expense/cost reports. Data analysis skills. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills Software development and data analysis (Python, SQL, Power BI). Experience in enterprise performance environments. Amber – Finance Analyst Focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and vendor management. Allocate cost centers and analyze financial information. Assist in month‑close and journal entry reviews. Forecast future budget needs and identify variances. Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure compliance. Provide input to global FP&A and accounting for monthly statements. Additional Role – Financial Analyst (Mexico/Jalisco) Provides business planning, financial modeling, and deals analysis. Prepare financial models to support business development decisions. Conduct P&L analysis and interpretation. Support planning and forecasting for P&L and balance sheet. Assess profitability of new supplier and customer acquisition opportunities. Assist in executive presentations and meetings. Requirements 4‑year degree and minimum 2 years of related experience. Oracle/Hyperion experience preferred.
