Job Description We are seeking a LATAM Digital & Media Manager with strong leadership skills, resilience, and a genuine interest in personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Lead Pan‑LATAM digital and media campaigns, integrating the international‑regional strategy into planning and execution with a high focus on the digital ecosystem. Adapt to the changing digital and media landscape, recommending new techniques, media partners, and optimizations for Pan‑LATAM and international media campaigns. Work with markets to drive best‑in‑class campaigns that promote innovation, experimentation, and the use of cutting‑edge technologies. Negotiate and manage budgets for digital campaigns alongside the Region. Work with local territories to implement pan‑LATAM campaigns and ensure the timely delivery of localized assets. Supervise and coordinate the localization of creative assets required for media campaigns, including social media, trailers, posting calendars, scripts, and content strategy. Supervise the regional media agency's planning, operation, and administrative processes. Review and approve local LATAM market media plans, budgets, and digital concepts for films. Evaluate social media trends, media mix, timing, identify critical media stunts, and communicate them to the Home Office and the markets. Serve as the key LATAM point of contact for all digital and media activations. Work closely with the Data team on building insight‑driven analytics. Develop a post‑campaign regional analysis to capture learnings and improve results across LATAM markets, including best practices and case studies. Track campaign implementations across territories and ensure that media efforts positively impact awareness and intention for each title. Make real‑time media recommendations based on tracking thermometer/data signals. Region The LATAM Region is composed of the following 22 markets: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Central America (10 territories: Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, Curaçao), Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Qualifications / Requirements Deep understanding of digital and media strategies & planning for branding and performance objectives. Deep knowledge of leading regional media players, programmatic (DV360), social media, and technical tools for brand safety and conversion measuring. Experience working within the digital media or entertainment industry, either client or agency side. International experience would be a bonus. Data strategy and analysis experience; understanding of effective targeting strategies and the ability to analyze large volumes of data to produce insights for optimization and learning. Advanced proficiency in English as a second language, with strong written, spoken, and comprehension skills across all communication contexts.
