Position Job Title: Sales Specialist (Account Management OE/SOE) – V (HD2101) Responsibilities Ensure the best possible customer care and satisfaction, conduct acquisition activities in line with agreed strategies, and prepare and deliver presentations. Monitor market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements and trends to maintain and increase market share over the long term. Suggest project prioritizations and participate in cross‑functional workshops and meetings. Inform stakeholders about customer requirements, exploit customer potential, and help define departmental objectives. Identify, compile and analyse customer requirements across hierarchical levels; build and maintain personal contact with clients and coordinate internal resources. Support global customers and Hella companies in obtaining production contracts; advise customers and present technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate, prepare and track visits by internal or external customers, participate in trade shows and exhibitions, and support internal departments. Create quotes, design pricing structures and conduct annual price negotiations. Prepare and conduct negotiations for acquisitions with high international scope, change management, cost life cycles, reimbursements and framework agreements. Review all customer contract documents against internal requirements and coordinate with legal, quality, program management and other departments. Participate in development projects for customers, initiate or stop internal developments, process change orders, and facilitate product‑specific rationalisation. Escalate internal and external issues if promised objectives cannot be achieved. Control departmental or sales projects and important financial KPIs (GEFit, Overdues, DSO, SEK, QS, etc.). Carry out additional duties as required, including occupational safety, environmental protection and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications University degree (Bachelor’s or Engineering). 5–6 years of experience in sales, account management or commercial areas. Advanced English (indispensable). Strong customer relationship management skills. Experience in market trend analysis, pricing strategy and contract negotiation. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
