This is an ownership-driven account management role. You will manage and grow key distribution channels, including healthcare brokers, affinity partners, and employer networks. You will focus on partner performance, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with leadership to strengthen relationships, improve partner output, and drive consistent growth. What you’ll own Manage and grow broker and partner relationships Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Support partners with onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement Track partner performance and identify growth opportunities Work with channel partners to follow up and close their leads Ensure high partner engagement and retention Maintain pipeline visibility and reporting discipline Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues quickly Improve processes that drive partner success and scalability What you’ll drive Higher partner conversion rates Strong retention and repeat engagement Consistent communication cadence with partners Clear reporting on account health and performance Who we’re looking for 1-3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or healthcare sales Experience working with brokers, employers, or channel partners Strong relationship management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts with clear prioritization Experience working remotely with high ownership and discipline Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Mission-driven mindset around improving healthcare access Strongly preferred Experience in healthcare, benefits, or insurance distribution Exposure to broker-driven sales models Experience in ICHRA or small employer benefits Existing relationships with brokers or channel partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
