Reporting to the Infrastructure, Projects & Asset Management Director, you will play a strategic role in the development, standardisation, and evolution of maintenance and reliability practices across BRP’s 12 manufacturing sites worldwide. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership and Reliability Act as a corporate subject matter expert in reliability, maintenance, and planning. Define and deploy asset reliability centered maintenance strategies (RCM, TPM, condition based and predictive maintenance). Support critical failure analysis (RCA) and develop structured long term reliability improvement plans. Deploy dashboards with relevant performance metrics for each plant or sector, and guide management teams in data analysis to convert findings into actionable outcomes. Projects and Continuous Improvement Lead and execute multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects across multiple sites. Influence site teams in a matrix environment without direct reporting authority. Ensure achievement of the Global Maintenance annual master plan objectives. Planning, Systems, and Data Serve as an expert in maintenance planning and scheduling (CMMS, workload management, backlog control, KPIs and dashboards). Ensure effective and standardised use of CMMS systems across all sites. Ensure data quality, analyse key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs), and lead corrective action plans. Global Deployment and Standardisation Deploy the global asset management strategy, including training and coaching of local teams. Develop and standardise processes, tools, and applications aligned with industry best practices. Assess and continuously improve the maintenance maturity of manufacturing sites. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or related field). 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing environments. Strong background in asset reliability, maintenance engineering, or operational excellence. Experience in multi‑site or corporate roles is a strong asset. Technical Expertise Proven expertise in equipment reliability and failure analysis. Proven expertise in preventive, condition based, and predictive maintenance strategies. Proven expertise in critical spare parts management. Proven expertise in performance metrics and data analytics. Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems. Guide TI experience is a strong asset. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies. Leadership Competencies Ability to influence and mobilise teams without direct authority. Strong technical leadership and strategic mindset. Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. High autonomy and comfort operating in an international environment.
