Overview As a Program Manager, you will own the full product development life cycle from inception through launch and end-of-life for custom rechargeable batteries, chargers, and power supplies. You will manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver programs on scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for driving products through all development phases, coordinating seamless factory launches, and serving as the primary customer interface from program kickoff onward. Success in this position requires strong experience in product development, executive-level communication, and the ability to represent both the customer and the business effectively. Responsibilities (Including other duties as assigned) Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address concerns/issues. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Act as the primary interface for customers during development phases. Partner with Sales team to support proposals, quotations, and business growth. Support continuous improvement of program management processes and metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field Bilingual (English and Spanish) 7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in New Product Development (NPD/NPI) of Electro/Mechanical products Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members Customer-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level Highly organized and strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
