For our Customer Service team we are hiring a fresh mind for this challenging supporting role in a fast-growing business within a high-performing team as Customer Service Representative . Your Role and What We Offer As Customer Service Representative you will further develop current and future business with our customers. You will develop new business relationships with current customers, maximize added value to customers by leveraging our capabilities, and build stronger customer intimacy. Responsibilities Manages accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment. Processes client invoices and maintains effective relationships with clients, carriers, customs, etc. Receives and responds to drivers waiting for or receiving incoming calls pertaining to shipments. Compiles and reviews required customs documentation. Utilizes documents, work standards, and system technology to accurately complete data entry for each shipment. Participates and supports other team members with accounts and workload, including setting priorities, organizing, scheduling work and problem solving. Coordinates carrier releases by submitting required documents and freight payments. Performs proactive selling and other commercial activities. Manages a large workload of accounts; sometimes performs as order entry. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of customer service, sales B2B or related experience a plus. Excellent written, verbal and telephone skills. Strong data entry and organizational skills; detail-oriented with good follow-up. Knowledge of technical aspects of assigned product lines and customers. Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues. Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office Excel, Google Sheets, and function-specific software. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Knowledge of continuous improvement. ERP or CRM management for order management. Experience in the apparel or graphic industry preferred. English advanced level, excellent communication (oral and written). #J-18808-Ljbffr
