Responsibilities Design and implement Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite. Integrate the BPM suite with supporting applications. Develop complex interfaces: Design and develop complex BPM application interfaces with Mainframe, web, and client server‑based legacy systems. Analyze programs, applications, and systems and provide strategic recommendations to management. Test and deploy Pega applications, ensuring high‑quality solutions that meet business requirements. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Pega PRPC, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a global, fast‑paced environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong hands‑on experience in Pega PRPC development. Strong understanding of Pega rules, case management, decisioning, data pages, integrations, and UI frameworks. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system debugging tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work with distributed/global teams. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and implement BPM applications using Pega PRPC (v7.x/v8.x or later). Develop case management workflows, activities, data transforms, UI components, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Support application upgrades, performance tuning, and deployment activities. Preferred Qualifications Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification. Knowledge of Java, HTML, JavaScript, ORACLE. Experience with Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, or cloud deployments. Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD). Exposure to domains such as healthcare and insurance.
