What You Will Do Create new part numbers Recognize the potential for cost reductions and quality improvement Negotiate price increases Work with peers around the globe to achieve our goals Degree Requirement Engineer or bachelor’s degree. Intermediate‑Advanced English level. Key Skills Negotiating – explain concepts of negotiations, utilize techniques, understand organizational policies and practices for negotiating. Data Analytics – analyze complex data, expertise on Pareto law, strong Excel knowledge. Strategic Sourcing – identify strategic sources, explain basic concepts of strategic sourcing. Effective Communications – active listening, clarity and conciseness, empathy, nonverbal communication, adjusting communication style, constructive feedback, confidence, effective questioning. Supplier Relationship Management – understand benefits of SRM, effective communication written and oral, Lean Manufacturing principles.
