Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, Americas, and integrated within the Integral Human Resource Team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the hierarchy, including the Regional Director, HR, and General VP, Human Resources. Directing a team, you’ll ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures while championing Mexican Payroll standards. Experience & Knowledge Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (required), with coursework in business, human resources, or organizational development preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with Union is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
