English Advance level C1 B2 ADVANCE At least one year of experience in information technology technical support. Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Zscaler, Microsoft Intune, Ms Visio, Okta, Smartview, Ms Project, MS Sharepoint, VPN Checkpoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Team, Zoom, WebEx. Basic experience in Cisco technology: Router 3800 series, Switches Catalyst 9600 series, Videoconference Cisco Bar pro and Quad camera model. Basic experience in HP desktops hardware model latitude 840, Zbook model 11, Dell Pro Micro desktop and Dell pro Laptop Basic experience in IT infrastructure data links (MPLS) and IT site: ground, UPS, Air Conditioning, Wiring cat 6A. Knowledge of IOS 26.2 for Iphone 13,14 and 15. This is a temporary position for one year Work location: Mexico City (Reforma area). This is a fully onsite position, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is also important that candidates have completed a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities: To provide technical support, level 2 (L2, in IT hardware and software, Level two, for 550 users. To ensure the functionality of 18 meeting rooms, including videoconference devices, screens, speakers, and microphones. And provide support for WebEx, Teams and Zoom sessions. To provide support for 2 Cisco routers, 26 Cisco switches, and 12 Extreme Access Points. To provide support for 35 iPhones for staff and Customer Service employees. To ensure the functionality of 5 fixed phones for reception, security, and controller departments. To ensure the infrastructure for 912 wiring nodes and IT site including air conditioning, racks, fiber wiring, ground and UPS.
