Senior Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer – Homeowners LOB (Onsite) Location- Remote ( Across LATAM) Role Summar yWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Guidewire InsuranceNow Develope r with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceNow implementation s and deep functional/technical exposure to the Homeowners line of busines s. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting InsuranceNow solutions across policy administration workflows and integrations in a P&C insurance environment This is a fully onsite rol e, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, architects, and client leadership .Key Responsibilitie sDesign, configure, develop, and support solutions within Guidewire InsuranceNo w for the Homeowners LO B .Work on core policy lifecycle transactions such as submission, quote, issuance, endorsement/policy change, cancellation, reinstatement, renewal, rewrite, and related servicing workflow s .Configure and enhance InsuranceNow components including business rules, tasks, forms, validations, workflows, UI/portal elements, and data model/bean structure s .Build, enhance, and troubleshoot integration s between InsuranceNow and external/internal systems using REST APIs, JSON, web services, and related interface pattern s .Collaborate with business analysts and underwriting/product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions .Participate in design reviews, development, code reviews, defect triage, unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution .Ensure solutions align with insurance product requirements, regulatory considerations, and enterprise architecture standards .Support onsite workshops, requirement discussions, sprint ceremonies, and technical walkthroughs with client stakeholders .Required Qualification sStrong hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceNow development/configuratio n .Proven experience in P&C insuranc e, specifically the Homeowners line of busines s .Strong understanding of Homeowners product workflows, rating/form interactions, underwriting rules, and policy lifecycle events .Experience working on InsuranceNow configuration, rules, tasks, UI/portal components, forms, and integration s .Strong experience with Java / J2E E, JavaScrip t, JSON/XM L, and API/integration development .Experience with REST/SOAP service s, third-party system integrations, and troubleshooting interface issues .Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC practices, version control, and production support .Excellent communication skills with prior client-facing / onsite stakeholder collaboratio n experience .Preferred Qualification sPrior experience supporting carriers focused on Homeowners insuranc e and regional/state-specific product implementations .Exposure to insurance compliance, forms, document generation, and rating validation .Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and test/support coordination across distributed teams .
