JOB PROFILE Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or Psychology. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in areas of training, coaching, organizational development. Languages: Advanced English is a requirement. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE SIRCE NOM-035 Training Process: Job description, Detection of training needs, design and control of the annual training plan, evaluation of training effectiveness Skills Matrix (ILUO) MS Office: Excel, Power Point y Office Canva Forms RESPONSIBILITIES Legal compliance in terms of training in SIRCE / STPS Control of Job Descriptions and analysis of inputs such as Legal Requirements and Client Requirements to the Training Needs Detection matrix Design and Control of the Annual Training Plan Scheduling of safety talks and courses Control and registration of attendance lists Supplier registration, requisition and purchase order for training services Updating and modification of processes Compliance with the requirements of the Quality System in terms of training Review and approval of the checklist for the release of the skills matrix Audit and review of flexibility charts by area Keep the skills matrix application updated Coordination of induction, review, update and control of induction courses, development of induction program to floor (Stage Zero) in conjunction with other departments Orientation and Onboarding, induction coordination with the different departments, delivery of uniform, presentation with office staff Implementation and administration of promotions program for unionized personnel Succession Plan: Internal Development and Replacement Template Management of NOM-035 and follow-up to survey and questionnaires Organization of events, design of the annual calendar of social, cultural and sporting events Control of organizational communications through WhatsApp Communication Channel, E-mail, Screens and Meetings Participation in the decision-making of the Kaizen team, supply of souvenirs for Kaizen awards, communication of winners Feeding information into Kaizen Internal Application QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
