Responsibilities Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and Powerpoint Qualifications & Requirements Typically Requires a University degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) LinkedIn Sourcing Workday knowledge (preferred) US Law Compliance (preferred) International Recruiting (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
