Be responsible for the P&L of the category. Provide industry knowledge and leverage own network to ensure success of category. Hire and develop a strong team. Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short‑term and long‑term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. Collaborate cross‑functionally to unlock sellers' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos. Navigate through ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross‑function teams. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Network within the category space and possess strong knowledge of the Mexican industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client‑facing capacity. Strong sense of social content, practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories. Solid experience in people management, leading a diverse team. Experience of owning P&L. Fluent in English, good communication and collaboration skills, working cross‑functionally in a global working environment. Preferred Qualifications Eager to win, growth‑driven, business mindset, result‑driven. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges and learn. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
