Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for complex B2B customer orders (domestic and export) Handle export operations with a focus on maritime logistics, including booking coordination and shipment follow-up Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and invoicing activities in SAP (Sales and Distribution module) Monitor order fulfillment and proactively coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping lines Manage documentation requirements aligned with international trade standards and Incoterms Resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, and customer claims Process credit and debit notes related to customer transactions Maintain proactive communication with global customers in advanced English Drive continuous improvement of KPIs (on-time delivery, service levels, order accuracy) What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field +4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order Management (B2B environment) Strong experience in maritime export operations and international trade processes Solid knowledge of Incoterms and export/import documentation Hands-on experience with SAP (Order to Cash / SD module) Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication with global stakeholders) Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel Ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams How Would You Stand Out?
