Senior Functional Support Analyst – Oracle Position: Senior Functional Support Analyst – OracleContract Type: PermanentLocation: LATAM (Mexico) As Senior Functional Support Analyst – Oracle , you will play a key role in Business-as-Usual (BAU) support, leveraging deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R12 to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize processes, and drive continuous service improvement. With a strong understanding of financial data flows, workflows, and system architecture, you will collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R12.x, resolving first and second-level functional issues and managing vendor escalations. Perform continuous monitoring of system health, proactively trigger corrective actions, and manage month‑end and year‑end tasks. Conduct regression testing, support change management processes, and participate in hyper‑care and knowledge transfer for new deployments. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on support activities. Ensure all activities comply with audit requirements and governance controls, and follow up on audit changes as needed. Provide specialized support for LATAM‑specific applications and localizations, including user access management and vendor coordination. Qualifications 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R12.x Financials as a functional or techno‑functional specialist. Expert‑level proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for issue analysis and data extraction. Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Excellent written and spoken communication skills and a customer‑focused service mindset. Resilient, flexible mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in managing tasks and priorities.
