Responsibilities As our Office Service Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the daily needs of our team. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory; overseeing mail distribution, messenger services, and communication systems; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; managing facilities including office leases and workstations; coordinating reception, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance services; overseeing cafeteria and recreation services; monitoring the office service budget; and liaising with managers to ensure administrative procedures and tools meet current and future business needs. Additionally, you will evaluate and recommend office supply and equipment purchases to optimize costs; manage relationships with external suppliers to guarantee high service standards; and lead office relocation processes when required. As a strategic partner, you will strengthen office service management practices, enhance operational performance, and ensure consistent, high‑quality support across the organization.
