SOC Engineer – Full Time – Permanent We are looking for a SOC engineer with flexibility and willing to work rotating shifts. Technical skill set includes: Hands‑on experience with Cisco ASA, FXOS, Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Full understanding of Palo Alto Firewall concepts such as security zones, security policy ordering, audit log search and sort, address sets, negated addresses, user roles and tables, route‑based policies, address books, application traffic control, etc. Hands‑on Cisco ISE for VPN authentication, AAA, and policy creation. Experience with routing protocols. Skill in handling security incidents and mitigation planning. Good understanding of Symantec DLP. Extensive hands‑on experience with security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions (AV, HIPS, hard disk encryption), strong authentication products (RSA Secur ID), content security gateways (Cisco IronPort Web/Mail Security Gateways), Cisco ISE, TACACS/AAA solutions. Experience with multiple technologies preferred. Understanding of F5 load balancers. Good presentation skills – able to participate in review meetings and effectively communicate concerns. Capability to conduct risk analysis, impact analysis, and manage dependencies with customer and internal teams. Knowledge and experience working with ITIL processes. VMware Administrator – Level 2 – Full Time – Permanent We are looking for a VMware Administrator – Level 2. Technical Requirements – Primary: VMware infrastructure administration and management: installation, provisioning, and troubleshooting of VMware virtual infrastructure and physical servers. Installation, upgrade, and configuration of VMware vSphere Platform 6.x, ESXi hosts, and vCenter Server. Deployment and provisioning of Windows and Linux VMs from templates, ISO, and pre‑configured appliances. Installation of security patches, functional patches, and version upgrades. Performance tuning of ESX servers. Implementation of hardening on ESXi servers. Documentation of support processes. Maintain compliance with corporate security policies, working with the security team to identify and resolve server vulnerabilities. Responsible for data restoration. Snapshot, HA, DRS, and cloning background processes. Update manager via OS upgrades; experience with ESX version upgrades (from 6.0 to 6.7). Proficiency with VMware technologies such as High Availability, vMotion, DRS, vCenter, vCenter Update Manager, vCenter and Web console, ESXi host upgrade, VMware Tools, NIC & HBA drivers, firmware updates, and troubleshooting.
