Engagement Manager – Financial Services Location: Mexico City Role Responsibilities Lead teams of consultants on a wide range of Finance and Risk topics, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, research, and insight surfacing. Synthesize findings into written presentations, review and discuss with clients and stakeholders. Oversee consulting team development, coach junior members, and support partners through project execution and excellent project management. Manage client relationships, present to senior audiences, and maintain day‑to‑day interactions with senior and mid‑level clients. Communicate issues and solutions formally and informally through written and verbal communication. Desired Skills and Experience 6‑10 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, preferably at a top‑tier consulting firm or financial services institution. At least 4 years of in‑depth Finance and Risk experience with a focus in Mexico (Spanish‑speaking Latin American experience encouraged). Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering results in fast‑paced, demanding environments. Strong strategic problem‑solving background with demonstrable analytical skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Willingness to travel (e.g., to the US, especially New York) and work with multicultural teams. Location and Work Authorization Work is based in the Mexico City office.
