From the moment they arrive at the airport until they board—or when they need assistance during unexpected situations—you will play a key role in making their experience smooth, positive, and memorable. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting passengers with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs and answering questions with clarity and patience. Managing check‑in by verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Handling baggage—tagging, inspecting, and ensuring it reaches the destination. Guiding passengers during flight arrivals, helping them navigate the airport with ease. Stepping in during irregular operations (such as delays or cancellations) to provide support, solutions, and reassurance. Selling tickets at locations where no franchised ticket office is available, ensuring customers can complete their travel plans seamlessly. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma completed. Language Skills: Advanced conversational English, to communicate with travelers worldwide. Experience: At least one year in customer service; experience with CRM or customer service systems is a plus. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
