Tasks and Qualifications What You Will Do Responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment process for business‑critical projects. Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers. Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of role requirements and desired candidate profile. Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies. Utilize technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates. Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy. Proactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field. Minimum 2 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space. Experience and knowledge recruiting in IT: applications (SAP), infrastructure/ops, cyber security and business partnering. ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred. External network of recruitment experts and resources. Experience using social media to identify and attract candidates, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
