We are looking for an Operations Associate to join a small investment firm, supporting front, middle, and back‑office functions. This is a hands‑on role (3–5 years of experience) focused on trading operations, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes. The person will work closely with internal teams (PMs, traders) and external partners (brokers, administrators), gaining strong exposure across the firm. This role is ideal for someone who understands how trades flow and settle in US markets and is looking to grow in a dynamic environment with high visibility. Key Responsibilities Support daily trading operations across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, bank debt, etc.) Assist with trade booking, allocations, and settlements in coordination with administrators Perform T+0 / T+1 reconciliations , identifying and resolving trade breaks and discrepancies Monitor and reconcile cash activity, commissions, and trading flows Liaise with brokers, prime brokers, custodians, and third‑party vendors Support tracking and reconciliation of bank debt / loan activity Document and improve operational workflows and processes Provide general support across front, middle, and back‑office activities Requirements (Must Haves) 3–5 years of experience in Trading Operations / Middle Office Hands‑on experience with US securities settlements Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (execution → allocation → clearing → settlement) Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Nice to Haves Experience interacting with brokers / prime brokers and external counterparties Exposure to multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, derivatives) Experience with bank debt / term loan settlements Experience working with fund administrators Exposure to OMS/PMS systems (e.g., Enfusion) #J-18808-Ljbffr
