Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an RPA Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Senior Manager - HR Digital Transformations & RPA, the RPA Developer role involves driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data and managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment. What a typical day looks like Hands‑on experience on RPA tools with UiPath experience is highly preferred. Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment. Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on‑prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots. Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements, and exceptions and provide solution design & architecture. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. Asset management in Orchestrator. Custom package development & deploy for automations. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL). A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, Source code management process, and Version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and application concepts. Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as to function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment. Work with various stakeholders including front‑end UI developers to build the interface with a focus on re‑usability features. Serve as an escalation point for all technical and architectural issues, understanding infrastructure issues, and lead problem identification/error resolution process with different technical domains. Experience we’re looking to add to our team Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in a similar position. English intermediate. Experience with RPA tools with UiPath. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL).
