The role serves as a strategic liaison between Finance and operational teams, ensuring timely information flow, visibility into risks and opportunities, and alignment of financial execution with corporate goals. The Finance Business Partner anticipates trends, influences key business decisions, and ensures optimal resource allocation to maximize value creation. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (with experience or a specialization in Finance). 10 years of experience in a similar position, including staff management experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid experience in cost accounting principles, financial ratio calculation and interpretation. Experience in commercial finance within a manufacturing company. Experience in FMCG Industry. Statistical analysis. Project Management. Experience in SAP, SAP 4HANA. Advanced English. Advanced Excel. Advance Power BI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Risk and opportunity, and sensitivity analysis. Develop and consolidate annual operating plans for BUs/ functions based on annual targets and capital plan for Enterprise and every Business Unit (Division and Category). Review and validate budgets with relevant stakeholders. Develop action plans to close budget gaps (e.g., Identify and determine specific supporting initiatives). Identify KPIs and other financial/non-financial measures to track business performance. Prepare ad hoc business reports. Review Bid P&Ls. Develop Other Customized Management Presentations.
